JEFF PHILLIPS
Jeff has over 28 years of Accounting/Finance experience as both a Corporate Controller and Corporate Banking Officer. As Corporate Controller for Forristall Enterprises, Jeff manages and implements processes to improve cash flow, cost reduction, budgeting, reporting, technology systems and controls. He has extensive experience in all facets of Corporate Finance to include ROI, ROA, and ROE analysis, and his 20-year tenure as a Corporate Banking Vice President brings substantial experience relating to Credit/Lender Guidance and Compliance subject to Lender and Federal Banking Guidelines. Jeff is also well versed in Insurance (General Liability and Workman’s Compensation) and Legal matters – most notably Florida Lien Law – relative to the Construction Industry. He also manages Monthly/Quarterly/Annual State and Federal tax reporting, as well as the coordination of end of year financial closing to ensure proper tax filing and disclosures. Jeff attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Finance Degree from the University of South Florida in 1990.
