Demolish and Removal of Commercial Retail Structure
- Movie Theater and Parking Garage are to remain.
- Remove 282,240 SF structure.
- Selectively separate Mall section of structure from Movie Theater.
- Remove structure, foundations, and column pads. Removal of pilings is not included. Remove exterior concrete walkways, loading docks, and planters immediately adjacent to the structure.
- Remove trees and plants in areas specified for demolition, including exterior concrete walkways adjacent to the structure.
- Parking area to remain: Asphalt, curbing, pedestrian walkways, parking islands and trees in parking area are to remain.
a) Demolition permit is included.
b) MOT, traffic control & sidewalk closure are included.
c) Area affected by demolition to be left at “rough grade” upon completion.
d) Disposal of demolition debris is included.
e) Base bid amount includes the removal of all demolition debris, including concrete, from site.
